The Leach Pottery in St. Ives

During my last holiday in St. Ives I spent some hours (!!!) in the Leach Pottery.
Bernhard Leach lived and worked here.

In the pottery I read about his life, beautifully illustrated, his workshop with all the tools he used, the kiln and interessting movies in black and white!

Die Töpferscheibe- wie interessant!  The wheel.

Sogar seine Schuhe konnte man betrachten! Even his shoes!

Andrea I love this post! Great photos too - and so much sunlight! St Ives is a bit grey today, but there's no wind or rain....

Have a good week. Lesley x
